1998 Bass and Flinders 50c - Uncirculated (ex set)

This fifty cent coin was released to commemorate 200 years since the voyage of George Bass and Matthew Flinders which proved that Tasmania is an island and separate from the main part of Australia by a strait of water.  The reverse features portraits of Bass and Flinders and a map of the route of their voyage
